  • Your answer cannot be found in out Help Docs page (this is quicker and easier!)
  • You have followed the AMX Troubleshooting Guide thoroughly

Before joining the call please:

  • Ensure your sound (speaker and microphone) are clear and you are in an area free from excessive background noise
  • You are with the AMX bike and able to reorientate the camera to point at specific components if required
  • You have the AMX tool kit on hand ready to use.
